Doug Kenny, MAI brings over a decade of specialized real estate appraisal experience. A graduate of the Georgia of Technology, Doug distinguished himself early by becoming one of the youngest professionals to earn the MAI designation from the appraisal institute. Doug brings his engineering expertise to real estate by integrating advanced statistical analysis into each appraisal report.

Doug’s expertise extends into the field of mineral valuations, having collaborated extensively with geologists and quarry operators to become a noted expert in the area. Doug is also a trusted expert witness in legal cases involving property values.

Outside the office, Doug is an enthusiastic tennis and pickleball player, enjoying the camaraderie and active nature of the sport. He has a passion for good food and pairing it with the right wines. At home, Doug values the time he spends with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters.

Richard Kenny, MBA, has over eight years of expertise in appraising commercial, residential, and special-use properties. A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. Richard served as an Active-Duty Air Force Officer, achieving the rank of Captain. He specialized in the negotiation and administration of government contracts. Following his active-duty service, Richard joined the Air Force Reserves, quickly rising to the rank of Major, while beginning his career as a real estate appraiser.

Currently, Richard is diligently pursuing his MAI and SRA designations, further enhancing his appraisal expertise. His background in military leadership and contract management enhances his ability to provide advanced analysis and a strategic, business-focused approach to each appraisal project.

Outside the office, Richard is a dedicated family man, married to Caroline, and a father to two. His interests lie in golfing, travel, family and food. Richard is equally enthusiastic about traveling and music. Additionally, he is an active member of the Alpharetta Rotary Club, through which he contributes regularly to charity efforts.

At Keystone, Mel's role as Director of Operations encompasses production workflow, systems, team leadership, and the collaborative development of Keystone’s innovative expansion models. Her knack for writing SOPs and growing successful teams adds another layer to her skill set, reflecting her commitment to efficiency and impact.

Outside the professional realm, Mel's community engagement shines through her involvement in various nonprofit boards and anti-trafficking initiatives. Currently based in southeast Atlanta, she is known for her love of family and outdoor adventures, road trips, good food, and live music.

Brenda comes to us with over 20 years of professional experience in the legal profession. With her background as a stay-at-home mom, having raised a family of three, she developed invaluable skills in organization, budgeting, time management, and an innate ability to balance responsibilities. Through diligent self-study and dedication, she acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to seamlessly transition into her previous roles as a legal assistant, bookkeeper, and accounting manager of three law offices.

As Finance Director, Brenda brings her knowledge and skill to ensure financial integrity at Keystone. Her proficiency in account management, record-keeping, and customer relations guarantees accurate financial reporting and billing services for Keystone and our clients.

Having grown up in the Northwest, Brenda is new to Georgia and spends as much time as she can outdoors. Most important to her is time with family - including her 7 grandchildren. She loves boating, trail running, cooking and gardening.

However, to answer this question I conducted a blind taste test of several Dorito flavors (didn't even know they had more than one) and the most interesting, and therefore my favorite was - Golden Sriracha Tangy Sweet.

Raised in a family of real estate professionals, Wes developed an early foundation in the appraisal and real estate field. He holds a degree from the University of North Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in International Affairs and Spanish. He is currently a State Trainee and is testing toward the Certified Residential Appraiser designation.

At Keystone, Wes’s role spans residential and commercial appraisal assignments as well as inspection services. His background includes owning and operating a boat maintenance and sales company, founding and continuing to operate a gunsmithing business, and managing a dog kennel for eight years prior to joining the Keystone team. Wes is known for his fast, effective work ethic, his ability to move efficiently from project to project, and his reputation as a team focused professional who consistently supports colleagues and contributes to overall workflow efficiency.

Outside of the professional realm, Wes is based in the Milton, Georgia area and is married to his wife, Madison. He and Madison share their home with two dogs, Atlas and Homer, and a cat named Wylie. He is actively involved in his church, serving as a middle school Sunday school teacher, and volunteers as a 12U baseball coach.
